Bone-a-fide was formally incorporated in 2006 by Mark Regnier. Mark had finally decided that it was time to persue his passion in life, Barbeque! Bone-A-Fide Barbeque provides first class, authentic barbeque using the finest meats and seasonings - slow cooked on our double pit smoker/barbeque trailer. Over the last 9 years we have provided lip smaking barbeque for corporate events, parties, anniversaries and the like. Mark is passionate about authentic BBQ, and is willing to lose a nights sleep to stay up and tend the coals.
